Dr. Kim was four years old when the Korean War began. She overcame abandonment and abuse as a child and prevailed in the face of severe adversity. She became the first woman to train in Tae Kwon Do in Korea, achieve Black Belt level, and become a Master and Great Grandmaster. She went on to become the founder and CEO of Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions, Inc., an innovative high-tech firm specializing in contamination monitoring and particle counting. She is also a bestselling author and popular motivational speaker.<\/p>\n
